At The Miller Insurance Agency, we understand that insurance is about more than policies. It’s about protecting what matters most. Since 2006, we have helped thousands of individuals, families, and businesses navigate their insurance needs with confidence. Our team brings over 100 years of combined insurance experience, allowing us to provide knowledgeable advice, personalized solutions, and exceptional service. We believe that while great service earns opportunities, the trust and relationships we build with our clients are what create lasting partnerships.

Our Agency also believes in giving back to our community through volunteer work and charitable contributions. In years past we have sponsored local youth athletics, ALS Walks, The National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, The Boys & Girls Club, Healing Angels Ranch Team, Be Like Josh Foundation, Reboot Recovery, ALS Warrier Jenn, Acres of Diamonds, Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center, Fred Hutch Cancer Center, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Wildland Firefighter Foundation, and NOAH to name a few. Along with these sponsorships our agency has also spent time volunteering with local charities, helped build a local playground, raked leaves for senior citizens, and Ben has sat on the National Advisory Board for the Risk and Management department as the President at Washington State University (GO COUGS!!) .

We are looking forward to expanding our community involvement and charitable partnerships.

Ben Miller is a graduate of Washington State University with a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Risk Management and Insurance. Ben immediately pursued a career in the insurance industry. Working for years in reinsurance, claims and as a scratch captive agent helped set the stage for the successful launch of The Miller Insurance Agency. As an avid outdoorsman, Ben enjoys spending his free time fly-fishing, snowboarding, bicycling, photography, hiking, golfing, or just getting outside with his dog Finley.

 

Gretchen Reed has been in the Insurance industry working alongside Ben Miller since December 2004. As the Personal Lines Account Manager, she puts her vast knowledge in Risk Management and asset protection to work for you the customer, making sure your policies are up-to-date and meet your ever-changing Insurance needs.

 

Steve Birds is a proud alum of Washington State University with a BA in Communications. He was a 4-year collegiate soccer player, as well as holding an officer’s position in the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. After over 13 years of working at Enterprise Rent A Car, he decided to make a career change and has been working in the insurance industry for several years. He enjoys helping protect what’s important, his clients.  When Steve isn’t working, he can be found with his two kids, wife, and Black Lab. They will most likely be outdoors hiking, fly fishing, camping, skiing or just running around. He is a man of many interests and has competed in several Ironman triathlons, ultra-marathons, and adventure races. Most likely if you see him outside he will have his camera with him as his work has been published several times.

 

Marcella Fitzhugh has been in the insurance industry since 2000, bringing over two decades of experience to her clients. She began her career working with preferred carriers such as Safeco and PEMCO, where she developed a strong foundation in the corporate side of the industry. Marcella later transitioned to the brokerage side, where she now serves as one of our trusted Insurance Producers. She is passionate about helping clients find the right coverage while delivering personalized service and expert guidance.

Outside of work, Marcella enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking, and taking on home DIY projects. She is also actively involved in her community, volunteering at her local church, MC4S. In her free time, she loves weekend road trips, traveling, and exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Summer is her favorite season, when she can fully enjoy the outdoors and the countryside she loves.

 

Brianna Wickstrom Brianna is an Everett resident and graduated from Everett Community College in 2016 with an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies. After gaining experience in a variety of industries, she discovered her passion for insurance in 2018 and has been dedicated to the field ever since. Brianna enjoys helping clients understand their coverage options and empowering them with the knowledge they need to make informed insurance decisions.

A lifelong learner, Brianna is always eager to pick up new skills and interesting facts, whether it’s understanding insurance policies or learning how to care for an axolotl. Outside of work, she spends much of her time with her dogs, Jaxson and Penny, and her snake, Hank. She also enjoys teaching herself how to crochet, playing World of Warcraft with her husband, and taking her dogs to the park. When she’s looking for her next adventure, Brianna loves exploring on road trips and getting lost in a good fantasy novel.

 

Kelly is a licensed Customer Service Representative (since 2023) who loves helping people and making customer interactions easy and stress-free. She’s known for her friendly, down-to-earth approach and enjoys finding solutions that actually make a difference. A California transplant, Kelly spends her free time traveling—especially to haunted spots—reading, and happily indulging her love for anything moose-related. When she’s not assisting customers, she’s probably planning her next adventure.
